Job Title: Field Service Technician
Qualifications
Ability to work independently
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to follow direction -Excellent customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Skilled with the use of multi-meter and hand tools
Previous experience with coffee equipment is helpful
Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 75 lbs on occasion
Responsibilities
Installing coffee / espresso equipment
Troubleshooting and repair of coffee/espresso equipment
Performing preventive maintenance service on equipment
Performing basic equipment training for owner/operators
Troubleshooting coffee equipment
Working a flexible schedule M-F
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of company vehicle
